Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. We process and dispatch orders within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation or payment clearance, whichever is later. Once the order is placed, it will take 5 business days to deliver to the given address.

Techzone IT Solutions shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authority, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, so please ensure the address and contact details are accurate and complete.

Tracking information will be shared by email or SMS once the shipment is dispatched. Delivery may require a signature and proof of identity at the time of receipt.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the shipment is returned due to our error. Any additional charges or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.
